CIBERBIT – Produções de Software, S.A., with VAT number 503550809, whose registered office is at Parque Empresarial De Eiras, 19, 3020-265 Coimbra, is the Data Controller (“Controller”), determining the purposes and means of the processing of personal data in the context of its activity.  

Access to and use of the Website does not require Users to share personal data. However, the use of certain features of the Website may involve the provision of personal data. For example, we need to have access to your personal data should you want us to contact you to answer any enquiries you may have.  

As such, whenever the User wishes to contact Ciberbit, in addition to the contacts provided, he/she may request to be contacted directly through the contact request form available on the Website, which requires Ciberbit to collect a set of personal data, namely, name, e-mail and phone number. In this case, the provision of these data is mandatory and without them it will not be possible to answer adequately to your contact request.
